I received my education in psychology at the highly regarded California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I was trained as a gestalt therapist at the Church Street Integral Counseling Center where I was guided to see the therapy process as a deeply personalized, consensual, and co-created experience between therapist and client.  As a therapist I show up as an authentic person who sees you as an equal. In my aim to support you, I hold a deep respect for your own self knowing and your experience in the world. Within this dynamic, I hope that a relationship of deeper honesty, safety and personal liberation can be established. 

Together we will explore what is happening for you in your life and what is happening for you in the present moment of the therapy session. If you feel comfortable, we might explore feelings, body sensations, and sensory awareness. At some point, we might discuss what is happening for you in relationship with me, for this mirror can offer information about other important relationships in your life and how you relate to other people. 

Some of my areas of experience and interest include: themes relating to perfectionism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, identifying as highly sensitive and neurodivergent, mothering and the parenting role, body image and one’s relationship to food and eating, and substance use.
